Since I started phasing out animal products in my own diet over a decade ago, people have asked,
“What do you eat?”
The answer is, “I’m lucky enough to eat lots of delicious food!”

I often get requests for recipes but the final fire-cracker up my butt to get this started was my very own meat-loving mother asked for vegan meal ideas. After I recovered from the shock, I set about collecting these recipes for her and for you all.

All too often, food that doesn’t contain animal products is panned as deficient and the focus is put on what it doesn’t contain. Instead, let’s celebrate what the food does contain (lots of love and deliciousness!)
