What’s cooking in autumn?

These are some of the delicious things we’ve been cooking up over autumn in the Deliciously Kind Kitchen.

The days are still warm but the mornings & evenings are starting to cool so we’re reaching for comfort food like:

Soy mince noodles
Crispy hash browns
Chow mein
Fried potato scallops
Dumplings
Erbazzone (rustic Italian pastries filled with green leafy veg)

And of course with Anzac Day falling on 25 April, we’ve baked Anzac bikkies, one of the most iconic Australian biscuits.
